Will mess you up in a heartbeat. AL Power says it could be 14-21 days before I have power back. Please keep those dealing with loss of life and loss of property in your thoughts and prayers. It can all be gone in an instant
This one was last Saturday. I've been riding a lot because the weather has been awesome. Be sure to check out Jeff's blog "what I see"...click the link to the right. He takes some really cool shots of him and his friends riding motorsickles!
My charging system took a dump, again. Good thing I only have to ride down to Pelham for the Dixie Roundup on Saturday! Now I've got to get it working again for the BMR next month.
Coming up this Saturday! Of course by bike decided to stop charging today. I'm off to the battery shop tomorrow to get a load test. And here I thought I would just be cleaning my bike up in preparation for the show!
Kustom Jeff is a great photog. This pic is of me showing Nick the saddlebag I made. I'm so proud of that damn bag...I've been showing it to anyone who glances at my bike!
Really excited after Ross and Spenser helped shave down the legs on my 35 mm front end! More to come once the big brown truck brings my new front wheel!
I've been on the hunt for a Vintage Motorcross bike for a few months. Excuse the crappy pic...should have this gem in my garage next weekend!Look out for vintage motocross racing @ Barber Vintage Festival in October!!!
The Honda Grand Prix of Alabama is being held this weekend @ Barber Motorsports Park. They have had a promotional 2 seat Indy car riding people around town all week. I first saw it Sunday when I was out on my motorcycle. I saw it today in Hoover and took a ride! What a blast!!!!
I'm so freaking excited. I've been wanting to run a spool hub front wheel for some time. I've always been scared of the no front brake situation. I should be up and running on my new 23" spool this weekend. I have visions of this Family Guy clip in my dreams/nightmares!!!
Well, the journey to build my first saddlebag is complete...for now. It came out bigger than I wanted but I will fix it eventually. It will be nice to have a place to put my gear when I'm heading on the Big Mountain Run (BMR) next month!
